I'm not sure your list is complete. Koffice, for instance, was in
RHL9 but not in RHEL3.

Someone (yeah, probably me) should do a comparison of the package
lists at https://rhn.redhat.com / Channels / All to find all the
diffs between RHL9's 1399 packages and RHEL3 WS's 1170...
