[rhn-users] Config Channel, Import Error

All machines locally gate through RHN Proxy Server.

Distributing Config channels from RHN's site is flawless thus far.  I 
wanted to test the import mechanism and this is the error I am getting.

XML-RPC call error: <ProtocolError for rhn.pgdc.com /CONFIG-MANAGEMENT: 
404 Not Found>

It looks like its trying to push it to our proxy server, which may or 
may not be correct.

What is the correct behaviorism, and what should I do to unkink this? 
Once this error is in play, rhn_check seems to stop further updates.
