You need the XFree86 driver from Nvidia:

http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/1.0-5336/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5336-pkg1.run

In the included example XF86Config file you have to remove the comments
from the lines:


    Option "Overlay" "on"
    Option "CIOverlay" "on"
In the section "Screen"
