Hi All,
Well i am experienceing a problem in Bind-Dns.That is
when i start or restart named service by command
serivce named restart 
the it does starts and error generate is
rndc: Connect failed: Connection refuse
Any one can tell me wat is this problem and how to get
rid of this. I have linux 8.0 on my system , so plz
tell me as soon as possible , i am waiting
