I doubt this will happen.
Red Hat Enterprise 3 does support STARTTLS out of the box, so to speak.
Since RHEL 2.1 is supposed to be a "stable" platform, it's extremely unlikely
that they would introduce new features into applications, as those feature
changes may alter the behavior of sendmail in some way.
