[rhn-users] no network after kernel update

I just ran 'up2date -fui kernel' on one of my servers and when trying to
boot to the new kernel (2.4.20-28.7), my eth0 will not come up.  I can
still boot to my older kernel (2.4.7-10).
Any ideas?
