[rhn-users] hostname lookup

Hey, I'm a new Linux user.  I'm a GS in EE.  There are a lot of bugs with RH software.  Should I estab a phone account w/ RH.  What is a great source of information about CS/RH, I don't seem to be in the postion to control the OS.
