[rhn-users] Access to Service Requests

At the risk of sound like an idiot...how do I access active Service Requests on
RedHat's website.  I submitted one over the phone and received an email to
directing me to...
"Please use Technical Support at (http://www.redhat.com/apps/support) to view
the progress of or to update this Service Request."
But I can't for the life of me find anything referencing Service Requests.
