[rhn-users] System boots into GRUB

After letting a system I have sit around for some time
I booted it this week only to have it come up to the
GRUB prompt. Someone suggested to me it could be the
hard disk. Where does GRUB reside? Thanks.

What threshold has to be exceeded, before 'red' danger tape,
is used instead of 'yellow' caution tape?
