[rhn-users] System display in RHN

Can someone help me here with a simple request?  In the RHN web
interface, under "Your RHN" it lists my System Summary.  What does "Out
of date systems:" indicate?  I am having some confusion understanding
entitlement.  The systems that are labeled as "Out of date" still work
with up2date.  
 
Anyway, hoping someone can clear this up for me.
