[rhn-users] up2date local repository

I've set up a local yum repository strictly for locally packaged
RPM's. I've set up my own GPG key. Can download and install
packages fine, but when it comes time to update, up2date --list
shows all of the RPM's from my local repository as needing
updating, even though the version string matches the installed
version and release. I can't seem to get up2date to supply
verbose-enough logging to indicate why it thinks the package
still needs to be updated. Ex:

[root at myhost rhn]# up2date --install httpd
Fetching Obsoletes list for channel: rhel-i386-as-3...
Fetching Obsoletes list for channel: local-rpms...

Fetching rpm headers...
########################################

Name Version Rel
----------------------------------------------------------
httpd 2.0.46 44.ent.wu.3
  i386

Testing package set / solving RPM inter-dependencies...
########################################
httpd-2.0.46-44.ent.wu.3.i3 ########################## Done.

Preparing ########################################### [100%]

Installing...
    1:httpd ###########################################
[100%]
[root at myhost rhn]# up2date --list
Fetching Obsoletes list for channel: rhel-i386-as-3...
Fetching Obsoletes list for channel: local-rpms...
Fetching rpm headers...
########################################

Name Version Rel
----------------------------------------------------------
httpd 2.0.46 44.ent.wu.3
  i386

Why does up2date think my packages need to be updated?

Thanks for your help.

Take care,
