Bob,

    You shouldn't need any special configuration on the client side at all.
In fact, if your server firewall will let it through you should just be able
to use a web browser and go to URL http://myserver.mydomain:5801
<http://myserver.mydomain:5801/> . If you used "vncserver :33" to start it up
this would be http: //myserver.mydomain:5833.

    /usr/bin/vncserver is a script that just runs Xvnc. Xvnc is based on the
XFree86 version of Xserver so all the options that work for XFree86 should
work for Xvnc. See "man Xserver".
