[rhn-users] missing Perl packages in RHEL4AS

perl-DB_File is located at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5
/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/DB_File

all perl-CGI modules can be found at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/CGI

Hello

Does anyone know why the following packages are not included in RHEL4AS:
perl-CGI
perl-DB_File

They were both included in RHEL3.
