[rhn-users] RHEL3 shutdown ---"umount /var failed

We are getting this on about 40 machines.  This is ever since
the taroon update 4 for AS 3.

I have done some checks with lsof, and it does not appear to be
open by any process.

What I am thinking is that the kernel has some sort of a lock on it.

Though I cannot confirm it.
