[rhn-users] partition help

Hello,

I have RHES v3 installed on 160 GB HDD. Presently my
partition is in this manner which is the defualt
installation partition

When I do a fdisk this is what I get

How can I use retrive this space '/dev/sda4  360    
19452 153364522+   f  Win95 Ext'd (LBA)' and use it on
my linux.
I would like to call this partition as 'data' and use
this space.
I tried 
mkfs.ext3 -c /dev/sda4
but was not lucky. Any help in this matter is
appreciated.
