[rhn-users] kernel update for rhel 3.0

Hi all,

 

 I am using RHEL 3.0 with kernel version 2.4.21-20. I need patch for the
below mentioned vulnerability.

 I am not able to find in rhn website as this security advisory is out
dated.  I feel like, there should be kernel updates available for this
vulnerability.

 

A vulnerability exists in the 'load_elf_library ()' function in
'binfmt_elf.c' because memory segments are not properly processed, which
could let a remote malicious user execute arbitrary code with root
privileges.

 

 I am looking forward for your comments/suggestions for the above.
