[rhn-users] Unable to Run up2date on a RHEL3 AS server

I have it installed as you can see on the shot I got below
[testuser at server1 testuser1]$ rpm -qa | grep rpm-python
rpm-python-4.2.3-13
[testuser1 at server1 testuser1]$ rpm -qa | grep rpm-libs
rpm-libs-4.2.3-13
