[rhn-users] missing "other ports" section from security tool in RHEL 3 AS Update 6

I've installed a new setup of RHEL 3 AS Update 6.  I'd like to avoid learning the ins and outs of iptables for now.  I need to add some excepted ports from the firewall but the security tool interface is not showing the "other ports" section.  Is this a configuration issue I can fix?
