[rhn-users] RHEL4 64bit won't reboot?

Has any one seen a problem with RHEL 4 x86_64 rebooting?
I have an x-series x-346 with RHEL 4 x86_64 just installed.  The
machine shuts down and cold boots fine.  But if I attempt
a "reboot" the system shuts down and hangs at the display
"Restarting system" ?
And then I need to cold boot to bring the system back up.
I am running the latest kernel patch 2.6.9-22.01
