[rhn-users] Update won't work

Hello,

I just purchased Red Hat Enterprise Server 4.  I have built my server and
gone to the Red Hat Network website to register.  Everything appears to be
fine on there.  However, when I try to use Up2date or the Red Hat Network
Agent on the server, I get the error "This system may not be updated until
it is associated with a channel".

Any help would be most appreciated.
