Either Login to RHN and perform a package search for 'kernel-smp' and
find it from the resultant listing.
Or with your Enterprise Linux 3 system use up2date with the --get option
to download it, where up2date will store the rpm within
/var/spool/up2date/ and you can move the rpm and do with it as you please:
[root@ root]# up2date --get kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.0.4.EL.i686
Fetching all package list for channel: rhel-i386-as-3...
########################################
Fetching package list for channel: rhel-i386-as-3...
########################################
kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.0.4.EL.i686.rpm...
########################################
[root@ root]# stat /var/spool/up2date/kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.0.4.EL.i686.rpm
File: `/var/spool/up2date/kernel-smp-2.4.21-27.0.4.EL.i686.rpm'
