I got similar problem when doing up2date on my machine with AMD64 processor running AS3.  
 
Would anyone pls help?

	        libc.so.6 is needed by ia32el-1.2-3.EL3 
	
	Or  libc.so.6, and ld-linux.so.2 are 32bits libs. 
	I have got  libc.so.6.1and  ld-linux.so.ia64.2 installed 
	
	Some one can help me please
