[rhn-users] System Time Fast

If this is occuring across all servers, then it is not symtomatic of a
hardware issue nor I suspect an individual os issue, but rather a config
issue. Are you having all your servers get time from a central source,
and if so, is that central source in a different time zone? I know with
Novell servers the time changes are incremental, not sure with Linux.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I suspect you're right, but my response was reasonable given the
supplied information - "I'm running a HP ML370 Server" - which implies
one box and gives no clue as to age for those of us that don't know HP
from a hole in the ground.

When seeking help, it helps to provide detailed information. :)

This is happening across 6 brand new servers and I don't think that
all
of them have a CMOS battery problem.
