[rhn-users] auto cleanup of /tmp on boot

It's in /etc/cron.daily:

$ locate tmpwatch
/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch
/usr/share/man/man8/tmpwatch.8.gz
/usr/sbin/tmpwatch
