Thanks for the help everyone.  I found a script called rhnreg_ks that
does exactly what I was looking for.  Turns out it was already installed
on all my RHEL3 & 4 machines as part of the up2date package.

I suggest you contact RedHat about getting a copy of their bootstrap
script.  It's very simple, and saves you from having to manually
re-register every time.  My company developed one around the same time
RedHat did, and I found it saved me a lot of trouble with over 5,000
systems to manage.
