[rhn-users] rhn.redhat.com want let be excpet Terms and Condititions

I have just purchased RHEL, but the website does not let me login.

Step 1)    https://rhn.redhat.com/index.pxt

     		I enter my Login: birkbeck01
     		I enter password: xxxxxxxxx

Step 2) I get into page and it ask to read "Terms And Conditions"

     		I Accept

Step 3) ERROR!

     Terms And Conditions

     An error occurred while processing your acceptance of Red Hat's 
Terms and Conditions of use. Please click on the link below to log back 
into Red Hat Network and complete the acceptance process.

Can some one help me or tell me who to contact to get this fixed.
