Nope looking in xinetd.d for files theres most likely one for pop3, if
not, that's almost certainly why its not working.

Personally 127.0.0.1 if you're on a webserver I would say is safer,
means no one can try spoofing your IP :)

My xinetd says:

}

includedir  /etc/xinetd.d



does the 25 mean this is all set ?
do I add 110 for POP?

The maillog refers to relay=[127.0.0.1]
should this really be my hosts ip instead (192.168.1.3)?
