[rhn-users] Newbie Question: How do I report a bug?

I bought a Dell PowerEdge which came with RH Enterprise 4 and registered
by subscription shortly after getting the system.  Above my two buttons
on the support page it says:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v.4 L3 for x86, AMD64, and Intel EM64T) -
1 Subscription   21-DEC-05 to 20-DEC-06
