Take a look at RHN: The "extras"-channel contains a ipw2100-firmware-1.3-1.noarch ... Install and be happy ;-)

  i'm now using the RHEL-AS-4 system.Sometimes my company'network will be busy and I have to use wireless net.But my netcard-Intel PRO/Wireless Lan 2100/g don't work.Please tell me what I should do.
