[rhn-users] Vlock for RH ES4

Hi, everyone
I can't find vlock utility with a valid MD5 signature for RH ES4 kernel
2.6.9. I see many versions of vlock but when doing MD5checksum the key do
not match even on safe-looking web sites.
Appreciate a good link to this utility if anyone knows it.
