VMS/| que = all individual printers on the network, just like a node
unique via hardware address .
Any printer connected to the network attached via IP address is a QUE.
I hope this helps,.

Subject: [rhn-users] unix client to windows server printing
Hi,
anyone with experience configuring linux (fedora) clients to print to
window's print server?
I see that the LPDSRV starts on the windows server.
At the client, i configure LPD and enter server ip. Next, it asks for
"queue".
What goes here? (like, each printer has a queue name?)
The other possibility is to use cups or smb. (?)
tx.
