[rhn-users] Manage system configuration files through RHN

Hey Michael,

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll certainly look into csync2.  Concerning
the user management we're going to test authenticating against a radius
server.  This should be able to check against the 3 domains in our
Active Directory.
