[rhn-users] DST & CRON JOB - localtime

This affecting the date in my PHP applications also.
I just re-started apache and it made not difference
I will try re-starting the cron daemon.  The interesting thing
is that the cron job is a perl file.

You need to restart most services after the change to the time zone
data for it to take hold.
