chmod 755 <filename>.bin
./<filename>.bin
(accept the license thingy)
(allow the extracted RPM to install)

Alternatively accept the license thingy, then hit Ctrl-C as soon as the RPM 
is extracted and install the extracted RPM at your leisure.  Which is what I 
do.
