[rhn-users] setting up local repository for redhat 5 updates

Hi All,

Is it possible to setup a local yum repository of updates available for 
Redhat 5 so that i can update Redhat 5 systems from one local 
repository.

Any pointers which can help me setup such a repository would be helpful.
