[rhn-users] installing gcc on a server

I need to install gcc (and its accompanying files) on a moderately
elderly server.

asitest:~$ more /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 6)

How would I find out the name of the RPM I need so that I can download
and install it?
