<html><body> I found today that the recently released RHEL 3 Update 5 ISO's contain elfutils-0.91-3, but the latest on RHN is elfutils-0.94-1. I went looking back to the Update 3 ISO's and did not find one that shipped the 0.94-1 version. The latest version was released as part of RHEA-2004:028 on 2004-05-18.
