but that is not the problem:<br>
I know what must be written into the related files, to get the network<br>
working.<br>
What I want to understand is, why the redhad configuration tools do
create<br>
configuration files, which prevent the correct behavior of application<br>
programs.<br>
Whenever something like this happens, we get a suppert event, and
need a<br>
debug session with 'vi' to correct the files, because the suspicious<br>
line is never<br>
displayed in in the graphical tools.<br>

My intention to ask in this list was, if anybody can tell why, or<br>
should I open a<br>
bug report on bugzilla?<br>
