<DIV>I think the Red Hat support is only for paying customers (IE: businesses that subscribe to Red Hat Enterprise). This is probably the forum that they want you to use if you are just using thier open source software (IE: Fedora Linux). Unfortunately I do not know how to resolve your issue but I do not want you to experience the same frustration I had until MY paradigm shift. Hugh <BR> </DIV>

<DIV>Every time an Errata Alert is issued, I receive two notices for each <BR>one. Is there someone here who can resolve this?<BR><BR>I would think that this type of issue would be something I could email <BR>directly to support about to get resolved but when I log in to RHN and <BR>click on help, I get lots of documents and FAQs but no support email <BR>address. So I have to bug this group :(<BR><BR> scottb<BR><BR>_______________________________________________<BR>rhn-users mailing list<BR>rhn-users@redhat.com<BR><A href="https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhn-users" target=_blank>https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhn-users</A></DIV></DIV><BR></DIV></div></body></html>
