I hit the same issue and resolved it the same way. I think it's already been reported:

I didn't hit this one. After fixing the keystone issue, OpenStack installed fine. I added the grizzly epel repo manually rather than let Packstack do it (I didn't know it could do it for me :) ), but I think this doesn't make any difference wrt your issue.

I used commit 34300029ff, so maybe you could try `git checkout 34300029ff && git submodule init && git submodule update`.
