There's a bug filed similar to this issue:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=924904

Assuming that those files are in /etc/glance this most likely happened
because those files where moved to /usr/share/glance/ (as Alan
mentioned in that bug).

 From what version to what version did you update?
