[scl.org] sclorg vs. CentOS SCL-release

Hello,

What is the relationship between this softwarecollections.org site and the
CentOS effort to rebuild SCLs? Some of the packages available with RH SCL
1.1 are available from sclorg, but not yet from CentOS SCL.
