Well, that is true and copr will stay to be the easy build service for 
SCLs (and for Fedora SCLs until it is possible directly in 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org).

But some of the collections from softwarecollections.org are still 
planned to move to centos.org. The process doesn't go as fast as I'd 
wish, but we're about to start mass rebuilding all the packages in 
cbs.centos.org. After this is done, softwarecollections.org will stay as 
one common site for collections packages.
