[scl.org] V8 RPM Non Existent

Ditto for me with Python:

       STDERR: curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

       error: open of https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/scls/rhscl/python27/epel-6-x86_64/download/rhscl-python27-epel-6-x86_64.noarch.rpm failed: No such file or directory
