The following works for centos 7 only right now (centos 6 will be 
hopefully soon):

Install `centos-release-scl` package in centos:
   $ sudo yum install centos-release-scl

That enables the packages that will be announced soon and you can 
install them, like e.g.:
   $ sudo yum install rh-ruby22 rh-ror41
