[scl.org] Additional packages for rh-php56

Hi

RHSCL 2.0 provides PHP 5.6.5 in the new rh-php56 collection

Additional packages can be found int the community repository:
https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/scls/remi/php56more/

Notice: these packages use the "more" prefix to avoid confusion with
official "rh" packages (but are installed in the "rh-php56" tree)

P.S. all packages available in php54more and php55more are not yet
available, work in progress. I will also check which packages need to be
updated.
