[scl.org] Announcing release for Vagrant 1.7.4 on CentOS Linux 7 x86_64 SCL

Hi,

yes update to the new version is planned. I will be merging two new 
features hopefully and then both Fedora and this SCL get updates.

I can include vagrant-adbinfo plugin as well.
