[scl.org] Recommendations for enabling scl for httpd

What is the best practice for enabling rh-python34 during the process of starting Apache httpd as a service?
Would it be good to add  the following to /etc/sysconfi/httpd:

if [-f /opt/rh/rh-python34/enable ]; then
   . /opt/rh/rh-python34/enable
fi
