the 15th jan build of devtoolset-4 on el7 no longer works
(devtoolset-4-eclipse-platform-4.5.0-10.6.el7.x86_64).
while the 8th jan build was working
(devtoolset-4-eclipse-platform-4.5.0-10.6.bs3.el7.x86_64).
for example felix-gogo files are missing from the latest build and eclipse
are not able to start.
