[scl.org] devtoolset 2?

I know that devtoolset 3 is available in softwarecollections.org, but I
would like to be able to use devtoolset 2 on EL 6 because it is the same
version of gcc that comes with EL 7.

Is anyone interested in or working on getting devtoolset 2 setup?
What can I do to help get that done?
